"Started going here when it was O’Grady. My permanent retainer came loose after 10 years or so and so I setup an appointment. They fixed it and also did some free xrays and got me a quote for more orthodontic work.A couple months went by and my retainer came loose again. I came back and a very skilled hygienist named Laurie put it back on for me and honored the money I paid for the initial visit.Overall a great experience. It hasn’t lost its customer service and value since changing from O’Grady, which is saying A LOT. I will be returning here for work in the future, and likely bringing my kids here."
"Wow super helpful! I started my braces journey with smile direct but they went out of business suddenly. I found this place and they got me back on track. 2 years later I needed replacement retainers and they offered me a membership. As long as I bring in my molds it no cost to have new ones made for life! Not to mention they have mini hand sanitizers amd chapstick when you pick them up! They are super friendly and easy to talk to."

"I highly recommend O’Grady Orthodontics. They are a professional team, a great value for their solid results, and excellent in orthodontia — for all ages. I had Invisalign. After many years of faithfully wearing my retainers, during the COVID times I stopped using mine due to their deterioration. After 6 months, my teeth moved! I had to realign my teeth before new retainers, so I consulted Dr O’Grady (as referred to by my dentist). Best solution. Very pleased by my results.Older patients? Yes!
