This office has the NICEST staff- all the way through the experience! They really explain everything to your kid which makes it less scary and includes them in the process. It’s a genuinely pleasant experience!! 10/10 would recommend!

It went from 5 stars, being bought by Kim Chen. Amazing team, a new amazing owner. I trust in everyone and with some little changes, I know they are for the best outcome. We drive over 90 min to each appt because of the care. Dr. Chen see’s each and every one of her patients at time of visit. Very clear and concise of what the game plan is.

My son is just finishing up phase 1. Started with expanders and then braces. Now we are onto retainers and the waiting game until baby teeth fall out and we see where we are. We have been super happy with KC. Most of his care was under Dr O’Grady but Dr Chen has been been amazing as well! The office has always been friendly! They have a fun reward program for the kids to encourage proper brushing, being on time and not breaking their braces off.
