Started going here when it was O’Grady. My permanent retainer came loose after 10 years or so and so I setup an appointment. They fixed it and also did some free xrays and got me a quote for more orthodontic work.A couple months went by and my retainer came loose again. I came back and a very skilled hygienist named Laurie put it back on for me and honored the money I paid for the initial visit.Overall a great experience. It hasn’t lost its customer service and value since changing from O’Grady, which is saying A LOT. I will be returning here for work in the future, and likely bringing my kids here.

What is the difference between Smile Express and full treatment?

Am I a candidate for Smile Express?
If you are an adult looking for a smile refresh, there’s a great chance it’s a fit for you! Dr. Chen will determine if it’s the best way to straighten your bite during your free consultation.
Do I have to visit the office for Smile Express?
Yes, but not very often! To keep your treatment safe and effective, we’ll see you at least twice: once to get started with your iTero scanner digital scan and once for a final evaluation to celebrate your results and fit you for a retainer.
How much does Smile Express cost near Grand Rapids?
Smile Express is designed to be affordable! It typically costs about half as much as full orthodontic treatment. We also offer payment plans and work with most insurance to make it fit your budget.
Is Smile Express the same as at-home or DIY aligners?
