"Started going here when it was O’Grady. My permanent retainer came loose after 10 years or so and so I setup an appointment. They fixed it and also did some free xrays and got me a quote for more orthodontic work.A couple months went by and my retainer came loose again. I came back and a very skilled hygienist named Laurie put it back on for me and honored the money I paid for the initial visit.Overall a great experience. It hasn’t lost its customer service and value since changing from O’Grady, which is saying A LOT. I will be returning here for work in the future, and likely bringing my kids here."

I found this place and they got me back on track. 2 years later I needed replacement retainers and they offered me a membership. As long as I bring in my molds it no cost to have new ones made for life! Not to mention they have mini hand sanitizers amd chapstick when you pick them up! "The person who took my scan for a new retainer was incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure to forward my questions to the lab to find the best possible solution. The retainer I received matched my request perfectly—more durable—but I did notice a slight drop in comfort. Instead of brushing off my concern, the technician provided a list of alternatives and offered to remake it for the deductible through my retainer insurance. I highly recommend both the insurance and this office. It’s rare to find such genuinely caring staff. The positive culture is evident even at check-in—employees were smiling and chatting about the fun games they play during lunch."

"They did a retainer repair for me for $65 (as a new patient, since I moved states) which was a lot cheaper than most places I called. It was a pretty straight forward repair, but still. They also removed some Invisalign attachment glue I still had from my previous orthodontist treatment that concluded almost a year ago which I had been trying to get my old orthodontist and dentist to remove for me with no luck. Very friendly and helpful! Honestly, makes me think my old orthodontist was pretty bad."

I absolutely love how well they take care of my son. Everyone remember him when he came at 8 and now he is 12 and the orthodontist remember the sports he played when he came before and the things he was into. Which made it very personable. "My daughter had pretty complicated mouth - 2 extra teeth - one which made her teeth crowded, and the other that wouldn't come down yet was blocking two permanents from erupting. Add to that a really narrow mouth and all at the age of 8. After getting opinions from 3 well-known and experienced orthodontists we chose Dr. O'Grady and have had a wonderful experience. I LOVE that he has an "open office" policy with a bench or chairs for parents to come back with your child - communication is wonderful. His plan for her was specific, but not overly aggressive. He is not "in a hurry" to rush your child through treatment, yet progress is steady, well planned, and intentional. His "chair-side manner" is wonderful - calm and assuring with his patients. His staff is also wonderful - kind, skilled, and always celebratory with my daughter during big treatment milestones - I don't know who I like better - doctor or staff. We also love the west side office option, as it's close to our home, though both offices run smoothly and efficiently. We never have to wait to be seen as they are always on schedule. Consultations are free, including the x-ray so he can give you an accurate plan and price; I would encourage anyone to consider this practice for your orthodontic needs."
