"We recently switched my daughter to KC Ortho and I am so glad we did!! The whole experience has been amazing from start to finish. Everyone is welcoming, helpful, and so on top of everything. Communication has been great, the office is super nice, and their technology is awesome. Dr. Chen was wonderful, so upbeat and kind, and Beth made the whole process so easy. My daughter left excited, which says a lot :) They also do such a great job making it fun and motivating for kids. You can tell they genuinely care, and that really stands out. "Wow super helpful! I started my braces journey with smile direct but they went out of business suddenly. I found this place and they got me back on track. 2 years later I needed replacement retainers and they offered me a membership. As long as I bring in my molds it no cost to have new ones made for life! Not to mention they have mini hand sanitizers amd chapstick when you pick them up! They are super friendly and easy to talk to."

After many years of faithfully wearing my retainers, during the COVID times I stopped using mine due to their deterioration. After 6 months, my teeth moved! I had to realign my teeth before new retainers, so I consulted Dr O’Grady (as referred to by my dentist). Best solution. Very pleased by my results.Older patients? Yes! "Upbeat, happy place! I wish I had started my treatment with Dr. O’Grady, an expert in Invisalign. My regular dentist talked me into Invisalign to save my teeth. His treatment plan was a disaster. It took me 2 years to figure out I needed an expert. The good news is Dr. O’Grady fixed me up after only 36 trays and yesterday I finally finished his plan! His care is different, from the buttons he uses to the weekly scanning/progress review. You can’t go wrong with O’Grady as your ortho."

"They did a retainer repair for me for $65 (as a new patient, since I moved states) which was a lot cheaper than most places I called. It was a pretty straight forward repair, but still. They also removed some Invisalign attachment glue I still had from my previous orthodontist treatment that concluded almost a year ago which I had been trying to get my old orthodontist and dentist to remove for me with no luck. Very friendly and helpful! Honestly, makes me think my old orthodontist was pretty bad."

Five months into my 18 month journey of actual braces (I knew I wouldn’t actually pop in the Invisalign), I have zero complaints. When I went to Dr. O'Grady, I was immediately impressed with the office and his staff, as well as the Dr. himself. A modern office with modern equipment in house and a private office to go over the consultation really catches your attention. More than that, the professionalism and genuine kindness of everyone in the office really sets him apart.When it came to the actual work, he was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and pretty spot on in the treatment time (assuming you do your part). He corrected issues the previous Dr. had left and provided me with a smile I am proud to say came from Dr. O'Grady!When the Invisalign company sent in a shipment of my trays without the bite ramps by mistake, the office immediately set to work on getting the correct ones expedited and when they came in, they offered to have an employee drop them off at my home so I didn't have to make another 35 minute drive back to the office.
